Shipping Time

Most orders will ship the next business day except for special orders. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@milcasastore.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Fees

Most of our products qualify for free shipping within the US. However, heavy items, items over 71" in length, and doors are subject to shipping fees.

Ordering a product outside the United States, you may have to pay import taxes, customs duties. These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly from the carrier of your choice. The tax-free amount and the tax fees depend on your country's tax legislation. To find out if the order will be taxed, contact your country's Ministry of Finance. We are not responsible for taxes or additional fees outside the United States.

Returns

By placing an order at the Milcasa Store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the Milcasa Store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.


Lost/Stolen Packages

Milcasa Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
